We have chosen Paypal as our preferred online payment method as we believe that this offers the most secure payment method for both you and us.
We are also happy to recieve payment via bank transfer, bankers draught, postal orders or cheque via post: please ask for details.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST!
Once payment has cleared, your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day.
Postage
At present, we do not have a shopping basket facility as we would rather keeps our overheads to a minimum and pass the savings on to you.

We reply to EVERY email so please be sure to use a current email address that accepts incoming emails. You may also find it useful to add us to your email contacts list and keep an eye on your junk email folder for our return email just in case our reply is filtered out.
Alternatively, if you wish to speak to us in person about your requirements; please send us an email with your preferred contact number and we'll be happy to call you back. We are usually out and about through the day sourcing new products to add to the instincts range so we normally return calls when we're back in the office between the hours of 6.00pm and 9.00pm. We understand that sometimes discretion is required so please ensure you are in a position to receive a call between these hours before requesting a call.
Returns
Goods over the value of £10 (excluding postage and packaging) will normally be sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery. This gives us a proof of postage and helps to prevent goods "going missing" in the postal system. For very expensive items or high value orders, please ask about special delivery and insurance.
You are welcome to request your goods to be sent via standard 1st class delivery to keep postage costs down. However, we will not be held responsible for any goods going missing in the post. We have found from experience that the difference in cost and piece of mind it affords is worthwhile.
All goods being sent overseas will usually be sent via Royal Mail Airsure unless standard air mail is requested.
Please be aware that in some countries, some of our goods are classified as restricted goods. You may also be required to pay your countries equivalent of import duty and/or VAT. Please ensure you check both of these points before ordering as we cannot be held liable for any consequential losses direct or indirect for goods being siezed by your border control or additional taxes levied by your government.

Faulty goods
All of our goods are given a thorough inspection prior to being despatched. We are happy to exchange goods where a manufacturing defect is present. In this instance, the goods must be returned to us for inspection prior to dispatching your replacement. In instances where we cannot offer a replacement, such as one off items from our vintage or clearance sections, we will offer a refund.
Unwanted items, amended and cancelled orders
If you wish to return unwanted goods, amend or cancel an order, re-stocking and/or administration fees will apply. For special order items (i.e. non stock items) a re-stocking fee of 100% will apply if manufacturing has commenced.
In cases where goods are being returned to us for a refund; the associated costs of returning goods will be covered by you. Any refund processed will consist of the original value paid for the goods less the appropriate fees. The original postage fee charged for your goods is a non refundable expense.
Due to the nature of use of our medical breathing products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.
