Are all of your goods new?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all of our goods are brand new.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our primary payment method at present is Paypal as we believe that it offers the easiest and most secure method of payment for both you and us. We are happy to accept cheques, postal orders or payment via Bank transfer: details are available upon request.

Will my order be dispatched in discreet packaging?

Yes. All of our products are dispatched in a plain jiffy bag or box depending on the size of your order. Your address details are on the front and our return address is on the back. There is no mention of our company name anywhere on the package.

Do you have a showroom where your products can be seen?

Our website is our showroom: A showroom would increase our overheads and susequently our prices.

Can I collect my goods in person?

Unfortunately, our office does not have the facility to accept visitors. However, if you are in the Leeds area (West Yorkshire) and would like to collect your goods in person, we will try our very best to accommodate this and arrange to meet in a mutually convenient time and place for you to collect.

Are all goods held in stock for immediate dispatch?

Many of our products are available for immediate dispatch. Some products such as latex clothing, some latex medical mask hoods and our leather bondage range are made to order with an approximately lead-time of 30 days. This ensures you recieve items that are made from the newest possible materials.
